光热治疗法:利用具有较高光热转换效率的材料,将其注射入人体内部,利用靶向性识别技术聚集在肿瘤组织附近,并在外部光源(一般是近红外光)的照射下将光能转化为热能来杀死癌细胞的一种治疗方法。
光动力治疗:利用光动力反应来治疗皮肤病的一种新兴的技术,它的原理是将光敏剂涂抹于皮肤组织,这些光敏剂在接受一定波长的光线照射后,这些光敏剂会被激发,被激发的光敏剂它本身的状态非常不稳定,所以在很短暂的时间之内,这些激发状态的光敏剂会通过物理性和化学性的方法来回到基态,那么在它从激发状态转为基态的这个过程中,它会产生大量的活性氧,这些活性氧与人体内的生物大分子发生作用,会引起细胞的破坏或者细胞功能的转变,从而来达到治疗的目的。(虚拟专辑前往网盘下载)
